CANCELLATION POLICIES
All SALES ARE FINAL.
NON-MEMBERS: Credit will be given if canceling within 7 days prior to an event, good through the end of the calendar year in which you purchased minus a 10% fee.
Credits do not carry over for non-members. We do NOT do refunds.
STANDARD MEMBERS
All cancelations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee within 48 hours of an event.
You can transfer or sell your spot to another rider no matter your membership standing, as long as we are notified prior to the event. You can notify us at legionmototrackdays@gmail.com.
That person that buys your spot: The sale is entirely your responsibility. Once you let us know the sale is complete, that individual needs to then sign up like normal. We will provide them with a one time code to cancel the cost at check out. If the event is sold out, they still need to sigh up for the waitlist. We will then manually add them in.
No credits will be issued the day of, to no shows, half days or for failed tech inspections. No if ands, or buts.
No credits will be issued for missed Rider's Meetings. This is important. Don’t be that person, we understand some times shit happens, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but at the end of the day it is YOUR responsibility to show up on time.
Events take place rain or shine, track safety officials will determine if the track can operate. Check the weather beforehand and plan accordingly.
Refunds for add-ons, such as gear rentals, suspension services or bike rentals maybe given at the request of the customer if received before the 48 hour cut-off.
ELITE MEMBERS
Rain Insurance: use your day towards a future day. There are no cancelation fees. You may cancel anytime before 8am the morning of for full credit. Credits may transfer over to the following year.
Rain Policy (This solely depends on the track)
Events are “rain or shine”. We ride regardless of pouring rain or 110 degree heat. (Except at PMP, due to the drag strip surface)
Riding in the rain requires smooth skills that are needed all the time on a motorcycle. There is not a better place to sharpen those skills than at the track.
If we cancel an event due to weather, all accounts will be credited and new date set forth.
LOSS OF SESSIONS DUE TO EMERGENCY OR MEDICAL RESPONSE
We DO NOT make up sessions. You are not entitled to any credit. This is the risk of any track day or event. There is NO guarantee of a certain amount of ride time.
Wrong Group Registration Policy
No switching of groups on the day of. If you are a beginner rider and your group is sold out, sign up for the waitlist. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A DIFFERENT GROUP just because your normal group is sold out. You thinking your just gonna get the bump at registration isn’t gonna work out for you. Doing so will just result in delaying ride time until a spot opens up. Spots open up through out the day as riders pace move up and down. Be patient and we will bump you when the staff and track space is available.
Track Packs
If you purchased a track pack:

YOU MAY SELL YOUR SPOTS WE JUST NEED TO KNOW TO WHOM.
YOU THEN MUST STILL SIGN UP VIA TRACKRABBIT.COM FOR THE EVENT ( WE WILL GIVE YOU YOUR OWN PERSONAL CODE THAT ELIMINATES THE PRICE FOR YOU) **IF YOU SHOW UP AT REGISTRATION WITHOUT EMAILING OR SIGNING UP, WE WILL STILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE YOU AS LONG AS THERE IS SPACE AVAILABLE
YOU MUST STILL SIGN THE ONLINE WAIVER AND GO THROUGH TECH. NO EXCEPTIONS
TRACK PACKS MAY BE APPLIED TO ANY DATE EXCEPT SPECIAL EVENTS (This is in regards to Co-Events that are not run through our registration site)
IF YOU SIGN UP AS ATTENDING AN EVENT AND ARE A NO SHOW OR CANCEL THE DAY OF OR AFTER THE FACT, THAT DAY COUNTS AGAINST YOU. A 5 PACK IS GOOD FOR 5 DAYS, WHETHER WE ADD MORE DAYS OR NOT. IF WE CANCEL AN EVENT FOR ANY REASON, WE WILL THEN ALLOW IT TO CARRY OVER TO THE NEXT SEASON OR NEXT AVAILABLE EVENT NOT INCLUDED IN THE 5 ORIGINAL DAYS. Season Trackpacks are good for the entire season.
TRACK PACKS ARE ONLY GOOD FOR THAT YEAR AND DO NOT CARRY OVER INTO THE NEXT SEASON unless you are an ELITE MEMBER.
What if the event is canceled or rescheduled?
If the event is canceled due to inclement weather or safety concerns we will reschedule and you will be credited on your account. If the event cannot be re scheduled then all credits will remain till the following season.
