TEAM AWARDS
Each season the team nominates and then votes. The awards given are as follows:
Tip of The Spear
Awarded to a team member or associate that consistently went above and beyond to support and motivate the team and continually seek new ways to improve the team as a whole. This is an individual that kept the team's interest above his or her own and always led the way.
Most Valuable Racer (MVR)
Awarded to the racer who proved to be the most valuable to the team, by being a team player & constantly pushing her or himself and their teammates to new heights. Constantly improving on one's race craft and consistently upholding the team values and goals. A Rider the entire team looks up to.
Most Improved Racer (MIR)
Awarded to the racer who most improved his or her racing craft from the start of the season to the end. Whether it was through lap times, positions, personal bests, mental focus and or showed the utmost intestinal fortitude to overcoming personal obstacles and or mental blocks through dedication and heart.
CornerStone Award
Awarded to an individual, company, group, sponsor or other such entity. This does not need to be a Team Member, but may apply to one if deemed so. This person/company/group or such gave their undivided attention and support to the team and it's efforts without having to do so. They played a pivotal role in the team's success.
Last Man Standing Award
Awarded to an individual racer that makes it through the season (the most rounds) unscathed by mayhem. As in they didn’t wreck their bike, go down, get wrecked, get their shit pushed in, or otherwise have a major failure that caused them to bail out for the season.
